Please note

• It is not possible to re-schedule the times of workshops for school groups who arrive late.

• If you need to cancel please do so in writing as soon as possible. We require at least two weeks notice otherwise you will be charged the full cost of the visit.

• To avoid crowds in the shop it would be helpful if you could arrange for the children to visit the shop in small groups, with adult supervision, at intervals during the day.

• You will be asked for confirmation of final numbers on arrival - payment will be by invoice after your visit.

• If you have booked a cooking workshop, could you please advise us in advance if there are any pupils with food allergies or dietary requirements.

• Complimentary tickets are provided for teachers to make a preliminary visit to the Museum before bringing the children. This is particularly important when planning visits for children with special needs and/or mobility problems, but is also invaluable for all teachers. These tickets are NOT intended for use on the day of the visit.
